Each month, we’ll be sending you a carefully curated romance read that we truly believe is worthy of five stars. Think unforgettable characters, addictive storylines, and the kind of book you won’t be able to put down.

Even better, every book you receive is a special edition, and by that we mean it is created just for our subscribers with exclusive content. You can expect a love letter from the author, along with extra exclusive written content  — only as part of The Spicy Librarian Subscription Book Club.

The book boxes will be landing with you first week of June — if the reactions to our first book are anything to go by… you’re in for a treat.

Subscribe now for £24.99 per month (including postage). Our next subscription box ships end of May, so now is the perfect time to sign up and secure your place for the box.

If you subscribe by the 15th May we’ll take payment, and your first book box will be shipped at the end of the month. If you subscribe after the 15th - you may need to wait for next month’s delivery - but we promise it will be worth it.

N.B this is not a sprayed edge book - special edition refers to the exclusive additional format and content you receive from the author.

Our monthly subscription is a curated five star romance book box, delivered to your door. Each month you’ll receive a handpicked read from us, often with exclusive or special edition elements, plus a few extra treats.

No, our books are intended for 18+ readers only.
They may contain explicit, dark, or sensitive themes. Please always check the trigger warnings included at the front of each book before reading.

You’ll be charged on the date you signed up each month.

For example:
If you subscribe on the 8th, your future payments will be taken on the 8th of each month.

You will only ever be charged once per month - you will not be double charged.

The cut-off to receive that month’s box is the 15th of the month.

• Sign up on or before the 15th → you’ll receive that month’s box

Sign up after the 15th → your first box will be the following month

We aim for all boxes to be send by the end of each month, aligned with book release schedules.

Once dispatched, please allow 5–7 working days for delivery.

At the moment, our subscription is available for UK and Ireland delivery only.We’re working on expanding internationally, watch this space

Yes! You can update your shipping details via your account. Click on your subscription - scroll to the bottom of the page and all options are there to amend your current subscription. 

Please make sure any changes are made before your monthly billing date to ensure they apply to your next box. Any queries just get in touch and we can help

We don’t offer refunds based on personal preference, but we’re always here for recommendations if you want help finding your next favourite read.

We will have a limited number of copies available to buy on the website once all our subscribers have received their copy. These will be priced at £29.99 per copy. 

After we’re finished crying, we’ve got you.

If your box arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll sort a replacement where possible.
